Cancellation Policy

The unexpected does happen in life.  However, I am a small business and can be greatly affected by cancellations and no-shows.  If you are unable to come please tell me at least 24 hours beforehand.

 

If you cancel within the 24 hours you are charged 100% of the appointment fee.  If you do not turn up, you are charged 100%.

If you come for your appointment but are unable to stay the entire scheduled time, you are charged 100% of the fee.
