Manual lymphatic drainage is gentle and soothing; it supports skin health and calms the nervous system. The lymphatic system helps transport excess fluids, waste products and debris from the tissues. This massage can help with puffiness, dull skin and congestion. Although light, it is a powerful technique.
Manual lymphatic drainage is a 1hr treatment or 1.5hr where I include other modalities.
Wait 2 weeks minimum after Botox or Dermal fillers.
